Method

What sets us apart from other practices.

The difference is not in the material — but in the method. We also treat complex cases that elsewhere would only be solved with fixed braces or jaw surgery.

3D

AI-supported planning

Digital 3D analysis of your bite. You see the final result as a simulation before the first aligner is made.

2–10Mt

Instead of 2 – 4 years

Significantly shorter treatment time thanks to precise planning — even for more complex starting situations.

0

No extractions

A biologically oriented approach: we preserve your teeth instead of sacrificing them to create space.

−90%

Less surgery

Jaw operations can be avoided in most cases — through careful orthodontic planning.

Cost-efficient

Thanks to precise planning and shorter treatment times we work more efficiently — enabling a more cost-efficient treatment.

Pain-free & gentle

With AI-supported planning and biological tooth movements we make the treatment particularly gentle and comfortable.

Aesthetic

The clear trays are discreet and aesthetic — barely noticeable in everyday life and in photos.

Hygienic

Aligners are removable and therefore far more hygienic and easier to clean than fixed braces.

Easy to wear

Comfortable and uncomplicated in everyday life — promoting high wear discipline (compliance) and treatment success.

High acceptance

Particularly well accepted by children and teens — for reliable cooperation throughout the treatment.

Application

Aligners for all tooth misalignments.

From crowding to deep bite — aligners correct the most common tooth and jaw misalignments. See what can be treated in your case.

Crowding

Teeth have too little space in the jaw and push over one another or tilt out of line.

Untreated: harder cleaning, higher risk of caries and gum disease, uneven wear.

Crossbite

Individual teeth or groups of teeth bite together incorrectly to the side — upper and lower jaw meet offset.

Untreated: uneven jaw loading, long-term jaw joint complaints and wear.

Overbite

The upper incisors sit too far in front of the lower ones — the horizontal gap is enlarged.

Untreated: increased risk of front-tooth trauma, speech changes, aesthetic effects.

Open bite

When biting down, a gap remains between the upper and lower rows of teeth — vertical contact is missing.

Untreated: chewing and speech problems, one-sided loading of the molars, mouth breathing.

Deep bite

The upper incisors cover the lower ones too much when biting down — the vertical overbite is too large.

Untreated: wear of the front teeth, palate contact, jaw joint problems over time.

Edge-to-edge bite

Upper and lower incisors meet edge to edge — without vertical overlap.

Untreated: accelerated incisal-edge wear, chipped front teeth, speech changes.

Aligners are an option for all age groups — from the early treatment age to correction in adulthood. We advise you individually on the right variant.

Process

How your aligner treatment works.

In five clearly defined steps — from the first consultation to retention. You always know what comes next.

  1. 01

    Initial consultation

A personal conversation and clinical examination. We check whether aligners are suitable for your situation and discuss your goals.

  2. 02

    3D scan & AI planning

Digital impression of your teeth and an AI-supported treatment simulation. You see the final result before we start.

  3. 03

    Aligner manufacturing

Your individual trays are manufactured in series — each tray moves the teeth in the planned sequence.

  4. 04

    Active treatment

    Wear aligners 20 – 22 h per day, change every 1 – 2 weeks. Check-ups every 4 – 6 weeks at our practice.

  5. 05

    Retention

After treatment we secure the result with a retainer — your teeth stay in the new position.

Health insurance

Are the costs covered?

Basic KVG insurance generally does not cover orthodontic treatments — they are considered aesthetically motivated. Exceptions are severe, medically clearly indicated cases.

Supplementary dental insurance covers 50 – 75 % of the treatment costs depending on the policy. On request we support you with the submission.

  • Take out supplementary insurance early — ideally before treatment begins
  • Compare different insurers — benefits differ considerably
  • We issue a detailed cost estimate
  • Instalments over up to 24 months are possible
