What is red light therapy?

During red light therapy, low-energy red and near-infrared LED light gently works on your face and skin. The application is completely painless and non-invasive: after your treatment, you simply stay comfortably reclined for ten minutes and enjoy the pleasant warmth. Red light is used in aesthetic medicine and wellness to support relaxation, circulation and skin regeneration.
